Thanks for recognizing your mistake. But one more issue, you wrote "singled out the RCI payment as though it might be viewed as a separate component of earnings."

I think the point is that this is a one time event and should not be factored into expense projections in future quarters. I can tell you management is always concerned with run rates. Onsale was mearly pointing out that this $0.03 per share expense will not occur moving forward. I do not believe that they we suggesting or trying to imply that it doesn't affect earnings. They were pointing out that it won't affect earnings in a negative way MOVING FORWARD.
