Listened to the first 35 minutes of the conference call and heard nothing negative. Some notes:

... EPS reflects more shares outstanding that last Q due to secondary offering

... Effective tax rate may increase next Q (but no big deal IMHO)

... Company has $80 mil in cash... no debt

... Some Latin American business has been delayed into next Q

... Business pipeline remains strong

... A/R remains in line

... Gross Margin and Business Model remains stable

... Integration of Arthur went well

Unless I missed something, a very good conference call.
