Yes, I'm here. I've been traveling quite a bit, but make it into Orlando on the weekends. I did go snooping down in that Kissimmee area a few weeks ago. Every idiot and their grandmother is in some kind of land deal in that proximity right now. I went down with my parents, who are retiring, to look at a newly developed retirement village. There's condos, retirement villiages, trailer parks and apartments going up all over the place. I didn't see anything happening with the WACC deal, but I'm not sure I was looking in the right place.
