I am long too. What do we expect? We take the big gamble and wait too see if our guess is right. I don't believe this stock will ride to $25 or $50 or even to $500 like some say or infer. I do think that lots of other companies have associated with the people building this site and these are successful money making concerns. If this goes up lots of folks will be telling lots of folks "I told you so." If it goes down the reverse will be true. I am with Planter on this one. This ain't rent money I got riding on this. The odds are better than Vegas and besides that I can't take the noise and lights.

Buy or sell I think the important thing for myself to learn is that some people will try to pack sand with me to make me buy and some to sell. I grew up watching shell games and these threads are full of them. DON'T USE THE MILK MONEY!!! If you're gut is hurtin' - get out. Mine ain't

Please allow me the opportunity to offer a rebuttal to your statement below:

the internet would help you get the info and maybe some documents,
but legal requirements, customs, transactions etc. over the net,
never - ( maybe in 10 years )

I think the best way to start is to look at the internet infrastructure that is being developed right now:

Let's start with satellite in space. Currently there are several companies working on building REUSABLE rockets to launch satellites in space. According to a WSJ issue, Popular Science magazine, and CNN News, Kistler Aerospace Industries is already building reusable rocket that is scheduled to test flight earlier next year. See link: <http://www.kistleraerospace.com/> Once succeed the launching cost for communication companies to send satellites in space will be reduced drastically! This means LESS cost and HIGHER internet speed for consumers and businesses.

Let's go back to earth. Do you know why big telephone companies that offer long distance service like MCI and ATT are all offering internet service? My take is that in a very short time, long distance phone charge will be as cheap as local phone charge simply because people are dialing around the world using the internet access instead of the conventional phone line.

Let's go to the microprocessor. Right now, the Java stew is brewing. Will Java be the language of the future? Currently, many embedded microprocessors are on the design board that are specifically design to execute Java at native speed. These embedded microprocessors have the potential to be miniature smart chips. Patriot Scientific Corporation already has an embedded microprocessor that executives Java at native speed. See link: << ptsc.com; My take is that down the line, instead of a computer with a single CPU like the Pentium chip, we will see a 'communication device' using combination of smart embedded microprocessors to process command codes and data.

Let's go to the sound. American Technology Corporation currently develops a new way to generate sound that operates like a laser beam. Meaning if the sound emitter (very tiny) is pointing at you only, ONLY you can hear it. See link: << atcsd.com; With this technology, cell phone can be as small as a watch and a private conversation can still be done without putting the device next to your ear. Communicating in the future will be as simple as facing the monitor and start a private visual conversation without disturbing others.

All in all, it all boils down to this in the future: where there is a phone line, there is internet access. Where there is internet access, there is a communication device with a monitor. You then asked: "Where is the phone?" What phone? Oh, you mean the communication device with the monitor! When you call somebody, the communication device with the monitor "Ring"! You answer by pressing the key on the keyboard!

Therefore, we are no longer talking about simple internet web pages that offer services such as database and forms requirement. We are talking about a multi-dimensional interactive internet access! With multi-dimensional interactive internet access, you can surely have a ONE-STOP international trade link! You can talk to government officials, custom officers, research legal requirement, lining up financing with bankers, arranging transportation, looking up potential buyers/sellers all in one multi-web services offer by ProNetLink of the future!

As stated earlier by one of the poster, (See link: www3.techstocks.com ) Glenn mentioned PNL has the intention to add video-conferencing down the line. You see, PNL has already looked ahead in the future. And the INTERNET of the FUTURE will not be the same internet that we know now.

So, IMHO, my bet is that in less than 10 years, not only is TRUE ONE-STOP international trade a REALITY, it is a given.

As for now, ProNetLink's database and its services offer CONVENIENCE for businesses to process international trade. It may not be a true one-stop yet because the required internet infrastructure to get there is still in the early stage. But the CONVENIENCE ProNetLink offers after the completion of Phase 2 is definitely a PLUS for many companies. And the CONVENIENCE will define its success.

All in my humble opinion.

I think you're probably right that traders are not likely use all the online business logic PNLK is developing to conduct transactions with new business partners. However, I do think these Internet-based business tools (ability to generate paperwork, set financing, etc.) will be extremely valuable to facilitate trade between companies that already have an established relationship that is built on trust. The Internet adds efficiencies that are undeniable, and it only makes sense to capitalize on this with your existing, trusted business partners.

Time and again, projections about e-commerce have stressed how large the business-to-business segment will be, relative to the retail (mass consumer) segment. The reason for this is simple: the issue of trust is solved in advance because you're conducting business with a known partner that you have confidence in and that has confidence in you. The business logic that ProNetLink is developing should serve this market: business-to-business between existing partners.

The ideal path for PNLK trading partners to travel would be: locate one another through the PNLK contacts database, conduct a few transactions through traditional means to establish trust, and then transfer the logistics to the online arena to add efficiency (i.e., save time and hassle, ensure accuracy, reduce costs).

Getting users to this point will be no short, trivial process. It requires business partners who trust one another and who feel comfortable with the technology. There will be an adoption curve. But will it happen? Over time, it seems like a no-brainer to me.

Go PNLK. Very eager to see Phase 2!

<<if you had a business and you wanted to complete an international trade, would you rely on the internet ?
certainly not, at least not with real money involved.

the internet would help you get the info and maybe some documents,
but legal requirements, customs, transactions etc. over the net,
never - ( maybe in 10 years )>>

There is some truth in what you say BUT, PNLK's revenues are not planned on the number of deals closed through the Internet, simply in the number of subscribers that will consult through the site before transacting.
Therefore, nothing changes as to the PNLK concept and service to the Import Export community.
