I believe that this applies to everyone, not just
Reg Reps.

I also think that people are under the mistaken idea that the internet is somehow "special", and they can say whatever they want.
I think that the SEC is going to change that perception sometime in the near future.
I am not an attorney, so I may be reading this wrong.
Any thoughts?

Jeff...I agree with you. Unfortunately, I have been on the TAVA ride for the last 1 1/2 years and only until lately have the shorts made a difference....I believe it is a well organized group. I am down a lot of money on TAVA and I have to hand it to them. I just wish people would not scream fraud in order to make a point or two..or eight in the case of TAVA..

As far as Henry, he appears to be a very intelligent gentleman, and I look forward to versing with him.

By the way...congrads on the great thread...before long, this may very well be the hottest of all hot threads. Good luck in all your investing...especially ALYD.
