Jim S. and Larry J: What a fertile field for shareholder questions we are developing. I'm jealous I can't be there:

1. Were there any talks with Intel, if so what was their substance, did they indicate interest at the $20 level as has been suggested, and if so did the board actively encourage an immediate doubling of shareholder value and if not, WHY NOT??

2. If not, could part of the reason be that five (a majority?) of the board have no or virtually no Adaptec stock and so wouldn't benefit from a buy-out, but would lose their cushy board jobs?

3. All sorts of wonderful questions to ask about the management changes.

You guys are gonna have fun. I'll have to see whether I can reschedule a trial to get there (do you think the court and opposing counsel would consider attending the shareholders meeting to be a "compelling reason" to grant a continuance??)
