Its already falling short. Even if they get it off at 7, what does that mean for the company? How much debt will they pay back to HEA? How much cash will that give them? As I recall (don't have time to look up the numbers immediately), HEA was supposed to get the lion's share of the proceeds when they wanted to make it go at $9.50, I think the company was only supposed to get about $200-250 million or so, though I could be remembering that wrong. They just reduced the total by about $120. Doesn't leave much left ofter, unless HEA will keep their debt.
