"When one get's a mortgage on a piece of property, what is the first requirement by the mortgage company before they will issue the mortgage to the individual?" Let see, that's a toughee.. well first they do a credit check and make sure your GDS ratio and TDS ratio is acceptable for you to have the mortgage. They may ask for a survey They may want to search title to see if the property has clear title or if it has any encumberances, but that isn't the first thing the mortgage companies want, that usually comes after the the mortgage is approved and the lawyers are preparing to convey title. Well they usually want a lawyer involved. The first thing most banks want to see is the listing and the agreement of purchase and sale which might indicate that they would want a lawyer or a real estate agent to draft something up. Home inspections are a plus in any banks books. (a bribe under the desk to ignore the late payments to J C Pennies couldn't hurt) Am I missing anything?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the belize government site hasn't removed the article, they just added more so it pushed it down. The release is still wrong, but it is still there. Doesn't matter anyway. William went and touched the earth, posted pictures to prove it.
