In relation to your analysis of EDII, Float is interesting for short term price movement, but most of the total shares outstanding will eventually be in the float and must be considered in a valuation.

In regard to the $3.7M in cash, what are the liabilities and interest expense payable for current debt?

Also you have mentioned Intile. You are correct that the revenues were in excess of $18M for 1996 and $15M for 1997. The losses were not $400K, but $4 and $5M. Of these amounts only $1.5M was related to interest expense. So given the current structure the loss would still be $2.5M.

If the argument is the current expense structure has changed, one could also assume revenues have continued to decline.
