I can see you don't respond to my posts, you don't own the stock and we are sick of you bashing it, take your money and put it somewhere else, I would have to say my post of who and why you post here was pretty accurate...

<<<<In regard to the $3.7M in cash, what are the liabilities and interest expense payable for current debt?

Also you have mentioned Intile. You are correct that the revenues were in excess of $18M for 1996 and $15M for 1997. The losses were not $400K, but $4 and $5M. Of these amounts only $1.5M was related to interest expense. So given the current structure the loss would still be $2.5M.

If the argument is the current expense structure has changed, one could also assume revenues have continued to decline.>>>>

JMT,
I checked the $3.7M in cash that, according to you, may be liabilities against that cash.

The EDII holding company is debt-free. The cash is to be used in future acquisitions.

My impression is that InTile Designs is presently under contract only. The acquisition has not yet been finalized.
