Jim, >>>Yoffie selling 53% of his holdings. That's very disconcerting.<<<

Pssst... shhhh...maybe he knows something.

However, I'm not betting on it. I'm not planning to sell. I kind of doubt that an Intel Director would unlawfully trade on some inside information. Directors at intel may sell for any number of other reasons:

Retirement, health, repayment of debt, back taxes, divorce, contribute to charity, give away to friends and/or relatives, or just to have a good time. Who knows? There could a million reasons.

Intel is not some two bit penny stock.

Mary

McMannis - Re: " Yoffie selling 53% of his holdings. That's very disconcerting."

David Yoffie is an outside director, a Harvard Professor.

He is actually one of the "newer" directors - many of Intel's directors have been on the Board since the late 60's and early 70's - and are starting to retire.

Don't be disconcerted.

Just be thankful you own AMD and Cyrix.
