You are not going to believe this. Yesterday Legalbeast directed us to DJLdirect because the researchinformation they had on Purewater Sciences was way, way, way outdated. So I sent a warm and fuzzy email telling them about it and this is the response I got from them.

Dear Investor,

Thank you for your message.

The problem you have encountered may be related to a bad cached page on your hard drive. A problem which can be easily rectified.

In order to clear a cached page from your hard drive, please note the following which will apply to most Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers(versions less than 4.0):

1. From the browser's top tool bar, select "View."
2. From the selections provided, choose "Options."
3. Click on the "Advanced" folder.
4. Click on the button labelled "Settings."
5. Select "Empty Folder and then "Yes" when prompted.
6. Exit the browser completely and go back into our site to attempt to recreate the original problem.

We also suggest that you change your "Verify Documents setting to "Every Time." By changing that setting, you should not have this problem in the future.

If you are using Internet Explorer version 4.0 of higher, please apply the following steps:

1. From the browser's top tool bar, select "View".
2. From the selections provided, choose "Options".
3. Click on the "General" folder.
4. click on "History".
5. Select the "Clear History" button and then "Yes" when Prompted.
6. Exit the browser completely and go back in. Attempt to recreate the original problem.

If there is anything else you will need or if you have further questions, please feel free to write back.

Sincerely,

Paul Chen
