Dear Clamenza, Hoping we here from more shareholders their take on yesterdays meeting, really have not heard much as yet, any idea how many went? ,,, DP

From the meeting..................... * Joe did mention the AMEX as a possibility. * Joe confirmed once again that he would sell the company if the right offer was put on the table. He is running the daily operations as if there were no offers. * He mentioned the four "suitors" (my choice of words) that were brought up two or three news releases ago. Said that he could not give out the names. When asked if they knew about the TWC deal he looked at his watch and said that they probably knew now as the news release was just hitting the wire. * CyberFax was mentioned as a possible spin-off. * It was said that DCI is all about logging minutes (long distance, pre-paid cards, cyberfax, internet, ect.). We should think in terms of minutes.........lots of them. * There was about a 10 minute Q & A session to conclude the meeting. * About 80 people in the meeting room (I did not count). C
