If you have any concerns it's that we won't be anywhere close to $3 when it comes up and he'll have to re-negotiate. That was hinted at by Tilton.

That could be a reasoning behind doing a reverse split.

Not trying to raise issues, just repeating something Tilton told me.

But in following the logic of Zeev's description, how can they short against the paper if the paper is for stock at $3. No can do.

Now, if the convertibles were floorless, that would be a different story entirely. See PKGP/USXP as the classic prototype.
