The siebel UI is web-like. That's nice. What Vantive showed on 8 for the connected (LAN/WAN) version of the product was nice too. It was more towards a web base on the sales side. The support and other apps were pretty much the same except for color changes and options. But support is much more a heads-down type of operation. Additionally, Vantive's web based products for sales and support look great too. Siebel had the jump on UI but VNTV has caught up. Additionally, VNTV showed me alot more functionality than SEBL did, especially in the support area. People seemed real optimistic in their area. It's not what I expected from a company whose stock just got clobbered. Cheers
