Could be except that ICVI put out in the first PR a per share value of the assets of $2.85 and based that on 70MM shares outstanding. This may be enough to bring in the SEC and could be the "mineral valuation" problem the SEC is investigating.

Specualtion on both our parts, correct? - hey nice quotes on DJI.

Here's a good question. What does the actual agreement that MTEI made with Mark Tow and company say? Jack has stated that the agreement calls for at least $200 million in assets for the 50 million shares. If the valuations from Dunn (was Stagg) do not add up to $200 million, more land will be added until it does. What land? How about select properties from the 8000 acres mentioned in the press release?

So if this is true about the deal, does the blame shift to Tow and his company for not coming through with the appropriate land?
