You, too. At least he didn't mention my Nancy Drew fantasies...

This from one of the people who made the trip to Houston. He asked me to post it:

You know, looking back, I am certain now that the May 28th PR
is the one that will do them in. I couldn't place my finger on this at the 7/13 meeting, but
something just didn't seem right. I got caught up to much in the hype. The truth of the
matter is that 5/28 PR was msirepresentation at its best. mtei did not own the acreage
that the PR eluded to and therefore could not place a value on it. At the 7/13 meeting,
Jack stated that they only had title to 500 acres + or -. It just did not sink in at that point.
How could they let a press release out stating something they did not have? They owned
nothing when the press release came out and investors depended on that release to buy
shares. Sounds like fraud to me.

Think about this very carefully.

Could be except that ICVI put out in the first PR a per share value of the assets of $2.85 and based that on 70MM shares outstanding.

--Was that including the 19mm shares illegally in the float?
