I almost added that there was talk that they were going to open up to all military personnel but wasn't sure if it had gone through or not so didn't mention it....glad to hear that they did...personally, I did not think it fair but the military does have their ranking system ...and I wasn't about to argue with my father-in-law....retired full bird colonel on the merits of enlisted men...sometimes I do keep my mouth shut...hahahaha (not often enough though)
