i'm not too sure about the authenticity of that post. i have met rich, and knowing the position he is in, i doubt he would be so bold as to write such an e-mail and request that it be posted everywhere. seems a little fishy to me...

I kinda wonder about this memo thing.... if that's how the sales force gets cheered on..... i would have to re-think the company....
