If you want to HELP the stock price, DON'T get rid of Del. I can't believe this is even being considered. Unless the few of you suggesting it are SHORT! Sacking the CEO doesn't only mean you don't believe in the way the company is being managed, but it also means you have no confidence in the long term goals of the CEO. I certainly would vote no on any proposal to remove Del. I'm not a short term investor and have probably held my shares longer than many of the people complaining. I think you'd find Merrill Lynch hard pressed to remove Del, as well as the investors that just sunk $12 million into this company with the Class B and warrants. Give me a break...
