Roger,

I have corresponded with Mr. Smith. Yes, he does own the property
and approx. 161 lots are ready for construction.

With unlimited capital Mr. Smith can survey and ready the other
250 lots on his property in 4 or 5 months. He has authorization from
the gov't to survey and ready 351 lots on his property.

He has enough land on his property for 2000 lots but is only authorized for 351 lots.

The question is not if there is land to sell but if PRWT is
allowed to do business in Belize and if they have the Belize
gov't to back the mortgage program.

Buster

Except for the share price, we had a good week. I am sure that little comment will get me bashed. But it is true. Last sunday evening we were still debating the Belize debacle. We learned that Belize was and is not anything like it was when first brought up. I recently received E mail indicating that it may well be clarified further in the companys favor in the near term.
John's strategic plan is beginning to come into focus for me anyway ,and I like it alot. A broad financial services company, international and domestic mortgages with paper and electronic capability, enterprises compatible with mortgages in the future,
electronic brokerage, and possible other surprises that fit in the plan. Also some are thinking that collectively that their may be sufficient profit to generate an EPS that would be impressive, even with the # of shares outstanding.
The company is still new and developing as fast as possible, some might say faster then anyone would have imagined.
The share price has been on a downward trend since .059 which was the top after the Belize problem was announced. May have hit bottom late on a friday, mid summer, on a very down day in the market. Did close up a few tenths off the low of the day. Thread optimism strong given the problems of the past ten days. Good news likely in the near term and as the company develops. No complaints here.
