Radim: MS was not more specific than "August" in his e-mail to me, nor did I request a tighter window, so the following is just a guess. My personal opinion is that they will shoot for mid-month or before for online readiness. Having just said in my last post that I believe major movement will probably occur in less then a month, there is a scenario (other then bugs) that could delay announcement(s) and movement. Although the technology may be in place, management may decide not to announce until later in the month or after Labor Day. Here's why: 1. An announcement delay would give them online shake-out time. 2. The closer to Labor Day, the closer to a bigger audience for the news - both client-side and investor-side audiences. Wally
