I cant answer that, and it's not my job to enforce the laws.
However if you think that you can hide behind the internet, that is simply untrue.
Right or wrong, there was a case in Canada where chat boards were required to reveal the names of people who posted. (about a month ago)
I am sure you must have read about it, it was a hot topic of conversation.

Now as to the reporting of offenders, that is a decision each person has to make themselves.

I have no problem with it.

If that upsets people, well, I guess they will have to get over it.

Or not.

PS.. I also don't mind reporting people who write bad checks, steal, murder, rape, you name it.
I guess some people would consider me a jerk for being honest.
