For a prime example of the affect the RS and the need to issue more shares, look at a historical price on GLCP, changed to GLCPD, now GLCP again. 1 for 10 RS.

.18 when RS announced. 1 for 10, now .62. The equivalent of .062. 66% loss.

Copland stated firmly that ''It is not the intent of SC&T to dilute shareholders through a reverse split, but rather to add value to the stock, reach a price level that would allow a relisting on the NASDAQ Exchange, and to have additional common stock for financing purposes''.

ROFLMAO, not the intent to dilute ? BS. They may need to and it may be the right thing for the company, but that statement boarders on non-sensical. It is ablsolutely the intent to issue more shares and that is dilutive. period.

GLCP did the same thing, rs, issue more shares.
