Bucky, market is infested with daytraders and speculators, who don't know anything other than buy and sell and ask questions later.

It is evident that human beings are no different than sheep with the herd mentality. If one dumps the next one follows without any questions and without using reasoning and thinking.

This leads to irrational SELLING and irrational BUYING.

Where as a company has to do what it had to do to itself for long term success.

These day traders and weekly traders who close their positions on Friday don't give a squat. They want the company to produce positive results at least make positive news.

That explains why the markets are quite subjective short term, but very objective in long term.

Looking back ASND did not deserve to see 22 in October , even the worst quarter they made 20cents. CSCC acquisition was a smart move they simply stole CSCC cheap. Without that acquisition ASND would be trading in teens and CSCC would be trading 60-70s.

I think people should listen to the actual news and analyze intelligently.

All these so called investors who post their opinions who may own 100 shares to few thousand shares and even mutual funds who play with OPM(other people's money) and underperform the markets, do not have any idea how to run a business. The management deserves some respect, they see the future and would make moves that are right for the company in a long term 6-12 months not week to week or month to month so the option holders can benefit.

Enough said. We hope whatever the management decides is good for ASND and shareholders in 6 months.

If the market for new public network explodes and ASND sells 500-600million equipment/Q, same people who sold today will buy at 100 and more without looking at anything just because the stock is going up.

BR.

The timing of the purchase of SRA being so near the usual management selling of stock gives the wrong message to the uninformed. Those who have been around ASND for a while understand that the management selling is normal. But those that see a potential acquisition and inside selling could logically conclude that the company is not making a good move.

Morty has changed direction before, like with Cascade, and has caused the company to grow. I just wish my RDRT would get off its ass and give me some money to buy ASND at these levels.
