Ed, There was a question asked at the meeting about plans for DCI to offer voice over the Internet. Apparently the hardware that Cyberfax has already installed can be adapted to handle voice as well and this product is being looked into. With hardware already installed at 14 locations, this has some potential to get interesting. The recently announced location for Cyberfax in South Africa has already expanded to 3 location in that area and a fourth is already planned. It was indicated that there could be more contracts in the future with TimeWorld, which would mean further expanding DCI Europe's infrastructure. I learned that the Series F Convertible Preferred was actually raised for the Edge deal, since that was to be a cash and stock deal, but when Edge went all stock, those $$ were available and were partly used to buy switches to expand DCI Europe. DCI also currently has a good part of those $$ on hand, so DCI has plenty of cash on hand which makes me a lot more comfortable.

I don't know if this is what you were looking for, but it's what I remember from the meeting on these lines.

James
