Key point. Ask yourselves why? Edge is a profitable company and growing dramatically. They could use the cash just like the rest of us but opted for DCI shares. Why? Because they were thoroughly impressed with the Murph and his plan, and he assured me that they checked out DCI as extensively as DCI did them. Edge turned down numerous offers from other companies. He went with Joe because he was impressed with what DCI could offer (a more diversified operation and business strategy) and where it is going.

Donnie asked me why I invested and I said that I was in it for the end game. When I mentioned the $10-a-share buyout goal, he asked, "Where'd you get that number?" Or something akin to that. His tone of voice and body language didn't say "that much?!" but rather "that little?" He and Serg looked at each other and smile. And so did I. ggg
