On the other board a lot of people are speculating why the stock price is not moving up with all the recent news. Well if the post stating there are 609,000,000 shares outstanding is correct...thats the answer. With a closing price of .042 today, PRWT has a market cap of over 25 million. I can't see PRWT moving much above .05 unless we get some real earth shattering news. I am not a fan of reverse splits, but there does not appear to be many other options. To put the outstanding shares in perspective...If PRWT ever gets to $2/share, it will have a market cap of $1.2 billion making it a Large Cap stock.
