Take a look at the insider buying gauge on the Marketgauge site Bonnie referenced a few posts back. 'Long term bullish' they call it. Seems like with good solid oversold companies, especially small caps, that's where the buying starts. The "market" often follows, at some point, the knowledgable insiders.

Pluse there are already oversold stocks moving up. Look at chart of ACRT for example, moving up in this market.
