Herm,

The reason for SMOD recent jump was a rumor passed
by ML that a takeover is imminent. However, by looking
at your insider report, AJay and his wife (another officer
at the company) have been exercising their stock options,
no doubt with the intent to sell. I don't know how this all work out, 'cuz something is not right. Is the 650K figure in dollars
or in shares?
I loaded 10 of those Oct 12.5 Put, just in case the takeover does
not pan out. The reason I invested in SMOD in the first place
was the high ratio of insider holdings. That may have changed.

Herm, hi..

Thank you very much .. Once again I wish you best on the SMOD call.

A question on SMOD... For a moment let's assume it was possible to buy OCT98 15s @1/2? Given this, would you prefer buying 12.5's @1/4 or go for 15's @1/2?

Best wishes
Seyda
