Thank you Mark and Ted M for your optimistic responses. I wasn't really expecting much of a selling opportunity anytime soon, even with the recent Florida contract news. FOCS will sit for awhile longer amid the speculative clutter at the bottom of my portfolio. I do believe the technology is good and the applications are laudable, but I won't be averaging down on this issue. (Averaging UP always seems to be a better investment.)
