Janice,

Are you saying that EDII used MTEI stock to pay for one of its acquisitions? If so, I wonder how they feel now. How did EDII get MTEI stock?

Tom

Edit: Do you have a link to the PR?

Janice, Janice, Janice...I thought you could read better than that..in your attempt to try and throw MTEI into our arena...which is EDII you blatently misprinted the information...

let me share with you the real portion of the news release which you so horribly misrepresented...

MPI is a real estate investment company with properties in Houston, Harris County, Texas. MPI has a net book value of $2,500,000 and will be merged into Texas Real Estate Enterprises, Inc. (''TREE''), a wholly owned subsidiary of EDII. EDII issued 1,100,000 restricted shares of common stock for 100% of all shares outstanding of MPI. The EDII shares exchanged were based on a value of $2.40 per share.

I see NO mention of MTEI in this release. I believe we are due a retraction from you.
