Bob Dadis: As you say Independent "is normally published in paper form on Wednesday" and its web site "is managed by someone else, is updated each Friday around noon", I think it is obvious that the "someone else"--the web site editor-- added HTML for the GLOW news of July 30 after July 29(Wed). The editor should not do that. The editor can only add HTML site for news published before July 29. Otherwise the editor is putting words into Julius Timothy's mouth. You did not see web site update between noon yesterday and today because it must have been updated before noon yesterday and after July 29. The Independent web news is for Friday of July 31, not for Friday of July 24, and not for Friday Aug.7. Sorry for confusion. Good luck to you and The Napeague Letter.
