Bullhorn, I believe that the homes are not 'mobile homes' but prefabricated homes. Two entirely different building systems. For this development, some come from Australia and some from South America. As a note, the mobiles are usually metal & look like fancy trailers. Prefabs are usually in a higher quality range and are normally built of wood and can be of small size to very large fancy homes in various stages of assembly to completed units. Roger
