TN, I wouldn't jump to conclusions that quickly. Why did Peppers resign from the board, that's Dr. Stamm's own wife. Why did Stamm fail to include that little matter in his June 1 letter when he was putting all the blame on Ebeling? Why does Stamm refuse to supply financial statements to shareholders, why so many secrets about the relationship between Zurich Holding AG and Dr. Stamm and NAMX? Why the total secrecy about EM-Sounder, whether it has ever been used, proof that it has, proof that it is effective. It's been 2 years now. I would think Stamm would want to show the world his gadget works, but no, he does not! Why? Is it worth paying Zurich Holding AG for? BTW, Zurich Holding AG is the same as Dr. Stamm as far as I can tell, only in Zurich Switzerland. Don't be surprised if it turns out Dr. Stamm is responsible for all our troubles. Ebeling has made the statement in a public news release that everything he did was above board, approved, and legal. All shares were paid for so IMO the idea that some shares can be cancelled may just be smoke to shift blame. It is my opinion that Stamm sabotaged the effort to become reporting because he has things he does not want known, some of which I have mentioned here. Bob
