VLAD, Nice to see shareholders want answers now.

If the shareholders on this thread feel this way, i am sure VVUS is feeling pressure from large holders and institutions.

Until we hear something, I feel like this boat is floating with the currents and out of control.

Never like to feel out of control!!!

Do you or anyone on this thread have a realistic timetable for when Vivus might receive FDA approval for Alibra? This would undoubtedly play heavily to VVUS's advantage in their negotiations to sell the company. Your mentioning of using VVUS as a pure R&D operation is something I never thought of, and it sounds like a logical move considering their depletion of direct marketing personnel.
Let's hope you're right about hiring an investment banker to negotiate a sale.
I think most of us would be happy with $20/share.......
