Andy,
Let me tell you where I am at the present time and you can tell me where to go from here. I just went into Windows and removed everything having to do with Quotes Plus and reinstalled everything.

I then used the virtual features to set up a directory called C:\META and read a list called IBD-0598.LST The program read the list and made a directory under c:\META called IBD-0598 which contained the virtual files. I then set GET to point to C:\META and it read all of the files and allowed me to make charts using the data.

I was just about ready to post a question about how to add other names to my list. I have a .LST file called symbols.lst that I created earlier tonight. It is similar to your list. If I go into the virtual setup program and drag the list onto the C:\META profile, will it put the data into the area and also leave the first list that I placed there? In that case, would GET read both lists or as you suggested, if you set GET's path to C:\META\SYMBOLS, would it only read the last set of data? If GET sees the same symbol in two files, what happens?

I do not know what I did wrong the first time, but removing all of the files must have removed the problem.
