It is generally called "Trickle down" ... It is really very simple. There have been no press releases, and no major events. Folks lose interest and go elsewhere. The thing that makes the price decline is more sellers than buyers. You make it sound like there is something wrong that sends folks out the door like a swarm of bees. Well, that is not the case. Check the volume. It has been low. It is more a case of folks stopped buying because of a lack of hype and some decided to get out ... nothing sinister, just one of the facts of life. I get really concerned when folks get on here and try to rationalize trickle down as something being wrong ... it is just not reality, but is instead rationalization for what they really don't understand! As to what Nas will or won't do, I don't think you have the deciding vote, do you? How they did or did not settle anything with the SEC is irrelevant here both realistically and legally and I for one am as tired of hearing about that as I am about Monica's knee pads! Thank you Ken Starr, idiot that you are! (Hey, that was a nice rhyme, was it not?) BTW, Nas does not have to accept or decline, but they do have to use good faith in their dealing. From a legal standpoint, if they were to deny MVEE based on the previous dealings with GG, they would be liable for a major punitive damage settlement. I really think they are a whole lot smarter than that ... Deal with it will ya ... Now then, if you are through bashing ...
