About paying attention to FONAR press releases? Do you mean to say that you actually believe what companies promise, unsubstantiated, in their press releases. Well I do know that if this particular news release was a lie, the shareholder suits would have been visited upon Fonar like the biblical plague of locust. Do you really believe that if G.E was forced into paying directly to Dr. D that they would have stayed silent on this? Hell no! There was no settlement here, no secrecy agreement was involved. G.E. would not/ did not pass up any opportunity to embarrass Fonar; The company spin weavers would gladly have shared with us the tidbit that Damadian was better off at the expense of Fonar. But I don't think that even you believe this wild story. It's just an apparent excuse to ramble about old grudges from the 'ancient' days.
