About paying attention to FONAR press releases? Do you mean to
say that you actually believe what companies promise, unsubstantiated,
in their press releases.

Well I do know that if this particular news release was a lie, the shareholder suits would have been visited upon Fonar like the biblical plague of locust.

Do you really believe that if G.E was forced into paying directly to Dr. D that they would have stayed silent on this? Hell no! There was no settlement here, no secrecy agreement was involved. G.E. would not/ did not pass up any opportunity to embarrass Fonar; The company spin weavers would gladly have shared with us the tidbit that Damadian was better off at the expense of Fonar. But I don't think that even you believe this wild story. It's just an apparent excuse to ramble about old grudges from the 'ancient' days.

I don't see anything wrong with mentioning that they have the world's first MRI patent. That doesn't mean that their technology is stuck in the '80's. We know it isn't. Who brought the .6 Telsa magnet out? Fonar did. It seems odd that the others haven't brought something close to it out yet.
