Good God, man. Don't you ever sleep?

At the risk of sounding like a paid book hypester, I've been recommending this book all over SI. Before anyone plunges a single cent, a thorough reading of "Reminiscences of a Stock Operator" by Edwin LeFevre should be absolutely, positively required, with an exam at the end. Armed with the wisdom in "Reminiscences", most people would quit their petty bickering about "bashers" and "hypesters" and start learning the patterns. Bashers and hypesters might lie, but the tape never does. (Ooh! That almost sounded profound!)

The alleged hypesters and bashers that publicly post their paid or unpaid opinoins are actually doing you a favor. You should at least have an idea that they're out to screw you. The truly evil people (like me) are the ones that watch the boards for sentiment and then stick it to you without even asking nicely.

Maybe Amazon will start paying me commissions. That way I could claim ulterior motives.

I try to view my recent cataclysmic experience as tuition. I've learned a great deal, especially about OTC:BB stocks. You are correct in saying that 9/10 aren't going to make it to the big league.

could you talk a little about the different types of trading accounts, margin accounts, day trade accounts, what are basic rules, how much cash vs. margin is allowed, do you always have to sell a day trade in same day and anything else you might add, thank you in advance
