"What if" ... interesting the cavalry comes charging to save us ... No, I am going to tell you right now there was no such "probation" as you suggest, but don't take my word for it, look up the case and take a look at what the settlement was. Like I said it is public record and under the FOI act, even you may have a copy. My problem with the negative hype you are spewing makes a totally unsophisticated investor believe that there may well be some probation such as you have suggested. You assume things of which you have no basis. My challenge to you: Show me the record of such an action before you post on here that it exists! I know, you only said "What if", but on here that is very akin to my asking "Do you still kick your dog?" It infers to people who do not read critically that you have a history of dog kicking. As to the volume, truly check it out between when it was increasing and the recent period when it decreased. I never said anything about who was buying or selling, or anything about any technical analysis of indicators, but the simple fact is that those who are holding are holding with few buying. Those who decided they needed to move on sold, that makes for more sellers than buyers on low volume and the price declines.
