Legal Beast. We all know what Golan and Globus did to make Cannon Group a hot stock. The implication on this thread is that they can do it again. However, we all want reasurance that GG will not make the same mistakes that they did with Cannon effort that brought about its demised. I am sure that their creditors are fully aware about the Cannon filming history good and bad.

Of course we all want full disclosure when MVEE reports to SEC. This why we have SEC as to protect investors. Any informed investor will want to know the degree of debt, cash on hand. profit/loss. etc.

But I feel the success of this stock is how successful their movies will be while keeping in mind their profitability. Ist Miracle may even show a lost for awhile and the stock will have a rapid increase in price ,because of what wall street institutional investors are projecting concerning the company's future performance.

Mr. LegalBeast, I think we have a misunderstanding here. In post #831, you said

<<All I ask is that you be real. What has happened between .37 and .12 is NOT because of what happened years ago, but what is happening now.>> My opinions on why the stock price dropped from $.37 to $.12 are contained in my posts #803 and #825. In neither post do I allude to "what happened years ago" as a reason for the stock price dropping. My reasons for full disclosure have been stated previously. You apparently don't feel that full disclosure is in the best interests of the investors. It is your right to hold that opinion. I regret that my different opinion upsets you.

In the interest of striking a more positive note here, in post #810 you said you were thinking about investing directly in the production of the movies (in addition to owning the stock). Since the company needs investors for its movies, and since other stock owners may be interested in doing the same thing, and since it would shed light on the financing arrangements, would you be willing to tell us more about this?

I assure you that the day will come when you will see that we are on the same side here.

Regards, Suzanne

What has happened between .37 and .12 is NOT because
of what happened years ago, but what is happening now.

It was more over because MVEE has issued stock, in lieu of cash payment, to people they owe. When the stock is up a bit, those holding the paper, in lieu of payment, cash in, the stock drops.

Not a real good thing for investors.
