JLA: I don't know if you've seen any of the morning shows-Meet The Press, Face The Nation, etc.-but I'm detecting a much more conciliatory tone coming from the administration wags-they've really toned down their rhetoric. No more ranting and raving about how he didn't do it, Starr's out of control, etc. Of course I haven't yet seen Carville or Emanuelle.

I'm getting they've succumbed to the fact that Clinton cannot maintain his position as not having had sex w/Lewinsky. They are intimating he will provide an explanation to the public. Probably because their polls show the public will forgive him if he tells all. If Clinton does a mea culpa expect to then see a full court press to stop Starr NOW...before his full report is released about all the other investigations.
