Greg, I agree a share holders meeting would be great but for the share holders to call a meeting they would have to have 10 % of the shares in their possession to vote a special meeting. I understand IPM BOD is trying to keep as low a profile as they can until they have finished their negotiations. This is what i am being told only i don't know if at this point we can believe anyone. When we have more than 10 % of the vote we will probably very strongly consider calling a special meeting or at least a private meeting with them . You are right on keeping the name of IPM because it would be very much easier to remove the BOD after we have control than to start a completely new company . Paunch P.S. I know it is hard not knowing what is happening, it is hard fo me and i speak with one of them at least once a week but most of the time they keep me in the dark also. We can be reinstated to the OTC , but not while IPM is not solvent.

IPM's Claims are NOT all in that name! I have notes and I saw two ddifferent names! Year ago...but two! One IPM ...yes IPM! Chuca Gottem( these are for BR Basin); R 13 W / T 2 N ...Runyon Lead File # 342004/ IPM Lead File # 338414 TWO lead Files ...My read IPM is earlier numbers( I bet I reversed them!) ( Don't ask!) numbers, so Runyon is OUT( or is he in ) and IPM owns them now...untill ! 8-31 ...1998...Tic...Tic...Toc The Only Date that this company can get! Chucatheonly
