Chuca,
You are 100 % correct, Black Rock north never belonged to Omega Corp. and belongs to IPM completely, so if the maintenance is not paid it will revert back to the BLM.
Paunch.

Mr Marshall, please note I did not say IPM's lands. I said Black Rock.
Also, this whole conversation has centered on Dale Runyon's BLACK ROCK LAND which is NOT BLACK ROCK NORTH!!Black Rock North is claimed under the IPM name as it was done originally. Also, Dale Runyon was never out as he never owned Black Rock north. I also think you will find out that if IPM didn't pay the maintenance fees <if thats the term for them> that it will take at least a couple of months<or longer> for the land to be free. The Blm will notify IPM /or Omega as it may be that the fees were not paid and the claims are now void and the land isnt released until they recieve the signed receiept of that letter back. it might take alot longer at the Phoenix office as it has a huge number of claims to file and check first, so please, one of you call that office and varify this so we can put the intrigue to bed. I took the time to call them twice to varify this and they were most accomodating.
