Greg, Do you mean they can stall the loss of the land forever by refusing to sign the registered letter receipt? and letting it go back as not delivered?
I had always thought that a claim deadline is just that, after that date you are dead, no defence, no land etc. I had always thought that they did not even have to notify you as you the staker well know when you staked it and when the fees are due.
Perhaps Thall can illuminate us here? It will do not good at all to blithely assume the deadline is meaningless when it is in fact a true deadline.
