i'm looking into this stock as well and read that the float is 5 million. you stated 45 million. could you please tell me,where you got this number. thank you, hans

"There are 60 million shares outstanding with a float of 45 million." Where did you get these numbers from? The web site states about 3.4 million common as of March 18, 1998. Here's the link: imt-ltd.com The 3.4 million would be about right based on the fact that they did a reverse split of 75 to 1 in February with about 250 million shares outstanding (250/75 = 3.33). They could have issued some new shares since then, but not 50 million. OK, I just found out where you got this info: imt-ltd.com That information is 11 months old. You should read all the other information on the web site to get up to date (well as of 4 months ago anyway). If you call the company, please post the info you find out on this thread. Thanks Mike
