we will probably rally due to oversold condition, BUT not rally due to the increase in momentum.

the 2 principles of oversold/overbought AND momenutm (or internals) is really important (to me)..

basically, oversold/overbought is a very "limited" result. One example is when MSFT was rallying. Even when it was overbought, it was only went *flat* for a couple days to a week. But that is because the momenutm was still strong upward.

Well, for the mkt itself, the momentum and hi/lo and advances/declines are all weak. So, the overall "power" is down. I would assume any mkt rally will be because of the oversold condition and NOT the turnaround of the momentum and mkt internals..

Hope my post was readable. if not, let me know.

Welcome to the thread and SI!
