[bezeq etc] hi SoMo yes, believe you're right about the bezeq tender being one tamir would include among smaller wins to make 99 numbers... would think orctf has a good shot, but only time will tell... of the five mentioned, sounds like only orctf is using their own equipment.. should help on the cost side and orctf has been involved with bezeq trials since early on... any ideas on the four as yet unnamed?.. maybe ericsson, siemens, wstl, coms, or nec? interesting that the three semi-related israeli companies: eci, koor, and tadiran, are members of competing teams.. and since when did netcom get into the overseas dsl business? in the potential major win department, we know that dt will probably announce this qtr... and a little while ago the globes noted that france telecom and telecom italia also have tenders out now for ADSL commercial service... but have heard no other detail... have you run across anything? (s. gekko?).. tenders must be of good size as ft and telecom italia were included by tamir on the list of potential majors.. believe orctf's involvement with telecom italia is much more significant than generally realized (or announced) for both adsl and hdsl... suspect orctf won a 1000 line adsl trial tender with them about a year ago ... and telecom italia may very well be the number 1 customer of orctf hdsl.. orctf has also supplied france telecom with at least some equipment for trials.. am thinking of france and italy as maybe's.. also shouldn't ptt telecom be coming up soon? and the mention of mci on the cc was the first i've heard of their interest in adsl deployment best o luck s
