****OT****

Hey! You've got a direct line to Joe? He was trying to get in touch with me all day Friday, but his email wasn't working; my replies kept getting bounced back. Tell him to find another way...

EDII has very strong fundamentals and has positive earnings.

Source, please? Last financials I saw--the ones that disappeared from the company website--were far from encouraging.

And "fundamentals" ARE financials.

Just one more point: if Joe Gort has nothing to do with "your" company, EDII, then why did you have lunch with him? And why did he want to have lunch with you? How very very odd.

He resigned as IR man for EDII on April 17th and has had nothing more to do with the company since then. His name on the last press release was a clerical error.

EDII makes a lot of clerical errors then. Since May 11, almost a month after Mr. Gort supposedly ended his relationship with the company, there are 10 PRs listed on the go2net site. 7 of the 10 have Joe Gort /Growth International. Of the other three, Growth International is listed on two with George Guttman as the contact and just one lists Growth International without a contact name.

Note the following:

In the press release, it was stated that there were 70 million shares outstanding, and this is what Jack thought. However, there were actually 89 million, including the 19 million illegal shares printed by ICVI. The problem was, that Gort issued that PR, and Jack shouldn't have trusted them, he should have looked at it before it was released. This was verified by American Register Transfer Company who finally got the paperwork to Jack and MTEI only last week. When Jack learned of this wrongdoing, he contacted Tim Mcdaniel an attorney in Houston to commence the lawsuit and get an injunction against sale of 19mm trading shares, which were NOT restricted, meaning they can be sold on the open market like the shares we hold.

Tim Mcdaniel began the investigation of the issuance of the extra 19 million shares, which were found to have been issued to the following companies:

C concepts (symbol CVST) owned by Joe Gort.
See Saw Ltd.
See Saw Investment Corp.
Merit Investment Corp.
Growth International LTD.
MLJ Management Inc.
Karvi Corp.
Rampart Securities

All of these Corporations are associated with or owned by Joe Gort and John Christensen.

This information was supposedly culled from a lawsuit filed by MTEI in Houston against Christensen/Gort et al.

Seems that Growth International and Joe Gort are synonymous.

What did the SEC officially say about its trading halt of MTEI?

...The Commission ordered this trading suspension because of questions raised as to the adequacy and accuracy of publicly disseminated information concerning Mountain Energy....

Three points:

1. Since the SEC has officially questioned publicly released information -- much of it issued by Joe Gort/George Guttman/Growth International -- in its action against MTEI, it is definitely ON TOPIC to discuss the "adequacy and accuracy" of PRs issued by the same individuals and firm on behalf of EDII as well as the relationship, or lack thereof, of Gort/Guttman/Growth Intl to EDII.

2. Until EDII announces publicly that Gort/Guttman/Growth International have been discharged and when, any attempt to disassociate EDII from them is futile.

3. Until such time as EDII publicly discloses the major shareholders and their percentage ownership in the company, the ability of Christensen/Gort to control EDII or exercise influence upon EDII are valid topics for discussion. Since it has been posted a number of times that "Joe Gort is only a shareholder" and "John Christensen is only a shareholder," depending on how much they own, it is quite possible they are pulling the strings behind the scenes. In fact, it would be historically accurate to the pattern exhibited in SMRY/LUMA/RICI/ICVI where a figurehead CEO was brought in who later disappeared. However, given some of the information revealed about Mr. Dror's past stewardship of companies, I would speculate that the relationship, if it exists, is more akin to two scorpions in a bottle. (just my opinion).

p.s. Maybe someone should call the Transfer Agent and officially get the float.
